Canva for Campus is Oberlin’s shared platform for creating clear, consistent, and on-brand communications across the College and Conservatory. It supports faculty and Staff in producing everyday materials that reflect Oberlin’s brand standards.

How it is managed

• CIT (Central Information Technology) provides and supports the Canva platform itself, including access, licensing, and technical functionality
• The Office of Communications manages Canva on the brand side, including the Brand Kit, templates, shared assets, and usage standards

Canva is not a replacement for professional design. It is a trusted tool for routine campus communications where speed, access, and consistency matter.
